My update dialog does not open at for me to go and update it just stand still and nothing happens when I click of update software

When I press on the software update my settings freezes and the dialog doesn’t open too

try

Force restart iPhone - Apple Support

then connect it to ac power

or connect it to a computer and use the computer to update it
