My MacBook Pro 2020 screen is flickering

hi. My MacBook Pro 2020's screen started flickering. Also part of the screen is in greish color too. It has been only a year since I purchased it. I have tried updating the OS, and still there is no change.

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3
