Microphone issue

I have an issue with the microphone on my iPhone 13Pro Max. When I have a phone call, it doesn’t work and when I record a video with the camera app, it doesn’t work.

surprisingly it does work when I record videos using Snapchat or Instagram. Auto record apps work just fine.

anyone else have issue with their microphone while on the call and while recording video via camera app ?
