iPhone restore and backup is stuck

I'm trying to restore my iPhone XS Max from a backup on my Mac. It looks like it's going to work, and then the Restore Progress Bar stops when it gets really close to the end, and then my iPhone starts up like it's a new phone. Any advice? Thanks!

New iPhone restore stuck? I am restoring my old iPhone backup (contacts, data, etc) to my new iPhone 13. When I connect it and start the restore (from my Mac to my new iPhone) it gets to the load bar for "restoring from backup" and it's completely full with no listed estimated time. Also, my phone itself went from the black screen to the "hello, hola, bonjour" startup screen. This has happened already after I just left it plugged into for about a hour and a half. I know sometimes it can take a while, (I'm trying to restore about 60GB of data) should I just leave it plugged in? of is there something wrong with my phone? My only backup is on my Mac.

iPhone 13 restore stuck I bought a new 13 Pro iPhone yesterday. I dutifully backed up to my iMac before I went in. At the Apple store, it wanted my work laptop (MacBook), not the iMac. The guy said to just go home and hook it up directly to the iMac (where the backup is) and it would be fine. I did, it still wanted the log in to my MacBook to run a restore. I finally thought I had it working but after an overnight wait and another login process this morning, it has been "spinning" on the iPhone ID screen for at least two hours now. How do I know if it is backing up or just stuck. I have never had it take so long! Help please!

Restoring "iPhone" from backup" buy obviously stuck I am upgrading my iPhone. I backed up my old iPhone to my Imac. Now I am restoring the backup to my new iPhone. My old phone was 32 Gig. My new phone is 128 gig. I click restore on the mac, the mac says "restoring "iPhone" from backup..." and shows a completed grey line below this message. The phone shows "Hello" screen (animated). I have restarted the mac and phone several times. I am using the latest OSs. I am using original USB/Lightning cables connected directly to my iMac. I performed a Hard Reset to the new iPhone when It was plugged Into the computer. I checked the support articles, they do not appear to address this scenario. Any advice? Sequence of events: click restore backup to this device Erasing iPhone seems to work, progress bar on phone animates, then Apple logo appears and system loads with animated progress bar iMac says "Loading..." and shows animated progress ring iMac says restoring iPhone from backup with left to right progress bar iPhone produces boing sound, then shows animated hello iMac says "restoring "iPhone" from backup...", progress bar is completed (no animation) Both iPhone and iMac stay this way for 1 hour.. no change....
