Malware

I’ve just been infected with 'Windows Defender Security Center' on Safari. I’m running an iMac Desktop 2019 with Monterey 12.3.1. I’m not finding anything in the Applications or Utilities folders and I have no extensions running on Safari. Can anyone suggest how to be rid of it.
