Jack 3,5 mm not plug in MacBook Air m1

Hello ,


I have a strange problem with my Mac M1 . When I try to plug any headphones into the 3.5 jack the headphones will not plug in.


I have no idea what it is due to . Do you have any advice ?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 12.3

If there is nothing in the power and the headphones won't go in at all, then take the computer to an Apple Store or Apple authorized service provider so they can take a look. The port may be damaged and would require replacement or repair by Apple. Take the headphones so they can test out with them.
