ICloud upgraded but still no space

Hey,

I've upgraded my icloud storage from 50 GB to 200GB on my iphone, this went through and it says in settings that i have 200GB space. But when i go to photo's it still says in the bottom that it cant upload some photo's to icloud because i have no space left...

I already shut my phone off and back on, i don't know what else to do, how can i solve this?
