About delivery

Hello. On14 of May, I placed 2 order, Whit the first order I ordered iphone 13 pro and with the second - 2 USB. Today I receive an email that confirms my second order shipment And 3 hours later I receive my Iphone order cancelation. Can you explain how it can be ? Is is my first order from your site and I am very disappointed!!
