Refunding

Is it possible to get into trouble for trying to refund 16 items from the App Store if my 8 year old sister bought them on an app? I recently learned to refund things 2 days ago and I was hesitant to refund those items because I didn’t know if I could get into trouble for it. But today I decided I was going to refund the items anyways. Some of the things I’m trying to refund today are dated back to April 24th. Can they refuse to refund an item a child purchased without consent?
