You should be able to get the Apple TV app from the on-device Amazon Fire TV Apps & Games Store. Once you have the app, sign in with your Apple ID account through the in-app Settings (sprockets wheel icon).
Currently, you cannot subscribe, buy, or rent content through the Apple TV app on Fire TV. You will have to do the financial transaction on a different supported device. Once subscribed or purchased, you may watch through the app on Fire TV, authenticated by your Apple ID account.
