When i try to add a card it says some sorte of error like thisWhat does it mean by can’t be supported by my account?

Looks like the card is already associated with another Apple ID.
You can only link one card to one Apple ID, unless you use Family Sharing.

Depending on where you live, in a certain country it is only possible to use Apple ID balance, for eaxmple:
India
- Apple ID balance (from adding funds)
- Net Banking4 (adding funds only)
- UPI4 (adding funds only)
