Can not play content correctly if I do skip the introduction or recap. I also have a problems with default language. I always go back to spanish from Spain. I tried to update. It downloaded the file but when is installing I always get an error saying can't install try later.

Possibly the home network connection/internet connection isn’t as stable as the device would like.
Try a cold restart for the Apple TV box and the router (and optional other network gear). E.g. disconnect from power for a minute or two.

Do you know if I can download the update file and install it via USB?
Not for the 4K models, as those do not have a USB port.
I already try to resetting the device, unplugging and plugging back after a few minutes in different days. But the annoying symptom continue and can't update. Do you know if I can download the update file and install it via USB? I am guessing the update will fix the player issues.
