Changing location in the App Store

Hi, I want to change countries in the App Store as I have relocated. Problem is I am getting the notification that my Apple TV subscription needs to be canceled first, however it already has been canceled. I have followed apples guide/steps for changing country but having no luck.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15
