User ID is fixed to 501?

why i can't change the user id, what does it mean? cuz when I changed the id, I encountered the problem of logging into my apple ID

You are changing the name of your computer user name, not your Apple ID login. Changing the user name doesn't affect logging into your Apple ID. Did you follow the steps in the Related Article above?
