Is there a way to reset NVRAM (Command-Option-P-R) if the R key no longer functions on my MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Late 2013)?
(To do my work without the R key, I use a Bluetooth keyboard, or I type words that don't need Rs.)
My assumption is that the answer is "No".

yes—copy and paste if you have no access to your r key
You can reset NVRAM from the command line using Terminal.app , copy and paste:
sudo nvram -c
(Please note: your psswd will not echo, type it in anyway, to proceed use the enter/return key)
You'll need a keyboard to Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac
The obvious question is - have you attempted to use your Bluetooth keyboard to do this?
