so my old phone and new phone are both linked and my sister is using my old phone now some of her photos are coming onto my camera role but I’ve deleted some photos on my new phone both on camera role and recently deleted will she still be able to see these photos or are they gone off both phones ?

Yes, your phones are essentially the same phone. Anything you do on one (add photo, delete, etc.) affects the other until you disassociate the old phone from your Apple ID following the steps in the guide.
Thanks it’s just that some of my photos were going onto her phone aswell and I didn’t know if the stuff I deleted would be still on her phone or not
