So I haven't been able to get my Touch ID to work. No prob, as I can just type in my passcode. But when I got to Settings->Passwords, it won't let me look at them without my Touch ID. What the @!#$%^&*(?

It will ask for the touch ID first then usually allow you to enter the passcode if it fails, but most likely it just does not even see that you attempted to use touch ID.
Turn off Touch ID and you should be able to view your passwords without it

Well, that's exactly right. If your Touch ID fails, you can elect to enter a passcode. That was simple. Thanks.
