Apple Watch stuck on logo

My Apple Watch was not getting any notifications so I turned it off and back on. Since I done this it has been stuck on the apple logo. I have tried rebooting it, force a restart, unpaired it etc. nothing has worked so far, can someone assist how I can get the watch going again?
