I have been disabled and need to reenable my account

It was hacked somehow, I believe

This is a user forum, Apple is not here. I, another user, will attempt to help. Since your account was disabled, You will need to restore the device using a computer. The process will erase the device. Later you can restore your data from a recent back-up. Instructions here…
