I requested a refund and nothing happened

Hello, i installed a program #hashtagexpert..After few days they stolen from me 108$..I didnt know nothing about purchase…Im really sad of this security of apple.The addres they send me an invoice is: no_reply@email.apple.com. I request an refund & nothing happened.My bank balance now is 0. And they told me the only way to give your money back is an refund.Please help me.What other can i do ? This is your security?Im very disappointed about this.
