I received a text stating my Icloud storage is full and its offering free 50G , then asks me to give out name, phone number., etc. How do I know thiss is legitimate?

I received a rext message stating my Icloud storage is full. It isoffering 50G for free then its asking for my info- name, phone #, email. Is this legitimate? I am concerned it may just be fishing for personal information.
