iCloud Storage/ Payment

I’m trying to update my iCloud storage but it won’t let me and every time I go in to check my payment method it’s saying my visa bank card is (failed) I am putting in all the information but it’s just not letting me. I’ve tried deleting the card and adding it back it just won’t work
