How do I get rid of old clock reminders that stayed in the phone since the last update it’s going off 3 times a day everyday!

Apple support out have an article online (link below) that may help:

says:

"Remove a regular alarm

To remove a regular alarm in the Clock app, tap Edit at the top left, tap the Delete button , then tap Delete".
