Not sure you can specify the Control Center, but you can enlarge all the icons on the phone:
Magnify the iPhone screen with Display Zoom - Apple Support
"Go to Settings > Display & Brightness.
Tap View (below Display Zoom).
Select Zoomed, then tap Set."
