Pages - text background changing?
Cannot find how to change text background in pages. Format bar shows "Text" colour etc., but there is no "background"

If you are referring to a highlight color behind text in Pages, you select the text, and then from the Advanced Options panel, you choose the Text Background color, either from the associated inkwell, or the color (globe) chooser.
