What app is using my microphone while I’m on phone calls?

Hi All,

i notice in both of my iPhones that the orange dot turns on when I’m on phone calls. I have gone through privacy settings and accessibility and also Siri. Microphone is off.

How can I discover what app is using microphone during my business calls?
