You can use the Apple TV+ app on some Samsung television models. The list is in Apple TV app - Devices

Some Samsung models support AirPlay 2 (see the list above) and you can stream to these from an Apple device.

Or you could buy an Apple TV unit and connect it to your Samsung television.
