Wrong credit card on refund request

I asked for a refund on something I didn't mean to renew, but changed my credit card number when I saw the amount that was taken away. I was given the refund, but to the wrong credit card (which was blocked at the time of refund). I haven't been given any apple funds so far, and this was about a week or so ago. Is there any way to get that refund transferred to the new credit card?
