Screen time

Hi there, when I put my Mac to sleep, regardless of all my apples being fully closed, my screen time carries on, so when I wake up, I have a screen time of 8h+, how can I make my screen time stop when I put my Mac to sleep?

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 12.3
