Cancel a Subscription

Hi

I have a monthly subscription taken out of my debit card account. I would like to cancel this subscription as I have no idea as to what the subscription is for. When I originally set up my apple account I used an email address which is no longer in use, consequently when I try to see the subscription history I cannot retrieve anything historical. Any suggestions as to how I go about contacting Apple to remove this subscription.
