I live partly in Singapore and partly in the UK.
When I am in the UK my iPhone 13 App Store does not recognise I am in the UK.
So a UK only app (such as the NHS app) cannot be downloaded or an app that requires payment cannot be downloaded as I don't have a credit card with a UK address.
Can anyone tell me how I can fix this error in the Apple app store.

I also think if this works that you would need to do this every time you travel.

Your answer is probably the correct answer but it does not work because I don't have a credit card with a UK address and even my Pay Pal was not acceptable.
This is a lousy policy by Apple and incomprehensible to me, but it is what it is.
