MacBook not starting up

MacBook not starting up. Just shows picture of battery and charge symbol but won't start.

Plug it in and allow it to properly charge. 🔌

It ended up being a reset for the SMC. I followed the keystrokes and it then booted up. The battery also wasn't charging properly. New Cable solved that..
