An app I’ve downloaded crashes every time I open it. I’ve deleted it and reinstalled multiple times and it hasn’t helped. I don’t know how to fix this. Any thoughts?

It’s called Aimor. It came with a digital frame that I can send my grandparents pictures to. I had a different one with a different app that worked better. This replacement frame came with a different app and it’s a mess!
I can't find a website for Hotsales Glogal Trade, LLC which is a big red flag. I did find this:

The app was updated a month ago so it's not completely abandoned but you have to wonder about a company whose update note is "Fixed some BUG". And the ratings are terrible. I doubt there's going to be much more you can do except home the decide to fix another BUG.

I’ve tried and when I go to the App Store it won’t let me click the proper places to move forward with getting help.
Make a note of the developer's name and do a google search for their website. If you can't find them, it's likely that the app has been abandoned.
