After selecting specific photos in Mac Photos, how to post in Messenger?
Posting to "Messages" (i.e., text) is shown as an acceptable destination... but not "Messenger"!

Do you mean facebook messenger? If so, I don't think there is an interface to facebook direct from photos. You have to first export to a folder then attach to messenger from the folder.
Select, then file>export.

Yes, I wish to select photos to post to Facebook Messenger. This used to be possible... but, it seems no longer👹
