Hello I just bought iPhone 13
pro max and sometimes when I press the screen it’s not pressing I don’t know if it’s touch problem or not but like I press and it’s not working and the second or third time works it happens a few times a day

This seems like you have purchased a defective model. I would recommend you go to a Apple store or wherever you purchased the device, and exchange it for another of the same model.
