Watch update said I wasn’t connected to the WiFi but I was. What’s wrong?

What do you do when it says unable to verify because your not connected to the internet but you know you are. I tried to update through my phone and the watch directly and both didn’t work.

Despite having strong internet connection, apple watch isn't able to update the software. It simple says unable to verify update because your iphone is not connected to internet. Kindly help me. Unable to verify update: The WatchOS update couldn't be verified because you are not connected to the internet I cant update my apple watch to above issue, is there a true solution to fix? i did all recommended step from apple and doesn't work. I'm looking for another alterative. Please advise

Did you try turning Apple watch and your iPhone off and then turning on or maybe try disconnecting your Wi-Fi if that’s possible.
