Hi. I was supposed that I get a trade-in kit when I ordered my new iphone 13mini. But, I got them on 4/22/2022 without the kit. So now, I can't send my old one back to you because there's not any packages for trade-in. Is it supposed to be like this or your mistake? Please email me or send me a text message asap.
