this is what my Apple Watch is showing me whenever try to “hard reset”. No other screen with show other than the Apple logo coming on and off the screen.

How can I fix my Apple Watch? Only the Apple logo shows, and when placed on charger it shows a red exclamation point circled in red as well stating me to visit this site for help.
