Why can’t I back up iCloud on this phone?

- Connect it to a Wi-Fi. If already connected to Wi-Fi, try a different one.
- Connect the device to power source
- Lock the device
- If still not working, make sure iCloud backup is turned on in settings (Settings-Name-iCloud-iCloud backup)
- Check if iCloud has enough free space
