I purchased iphone 13 in Dec 2021 on my hdfc Debit card . I was promised to get a 6000 cash back on each after 120 days and I haven’t received it . It’s been more than 170 days . Please help me with this

I Have Not received cashback for iphone 13 it was paid by kotak debit card . As they offer was 6000 cashback in 90 days !!!
