Computer has melted where I plug in the charger
the part of the computer just above where I plug in the charger has melted. To be perfectly honest I taped the detachable part of the charger bloc a few weeks ago because it kept sliding out.
What to do ?? Thank you in advance

Melted? Your Mac is toast most likely. If it got hot enough to melt, you have serious problems and need to have Apple evaluate it. But a melted Mac's repair may cost more than the Mac is worth.
