How can I get an activation lock off if I purchased it second hand and cannot contact the original owner

I purchased a Apple Watch on fb marketplace and the watch is activation locked. I have already reached out to the original owner and she said she removed the device from her Apple ID however I still can’t activate the watch. I do have proof I purchased it, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me with getting apple support to remove the activation lock. Thanks

Only the original owner can remove an activation lock,contact facebook and report it to them.

Nobody here or Apple can help you.
