Fund Added not showing on account

I had added fund to my apple id and it is deducted from my bank account as well but it is not showing on my account

I have added the amount and deducted from my bank account, still not showing against my apple id. I'm not able to see added fund in my apple id. I made successful yesterday but still not reflecting.
