Images in text boxes move when saved as a PDF

How do I stop images in text boxes moving when saved as a PDF on my mac. I am using BigSur 11.6.5, Adobe Acrobat Pro./Word for Mac 16.6

MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 11.6

Word or Acrobat is going to be causing that. Check with the individual app's help sources.

When creating a PDF, you are not guaranteed to get what you see. The document has to be rendered so that it will display the same no matter where it is opened (to some degree). That design consideration may override yours.
