iCloud app backup

Hi. There are some apps that I DO NOT want backed up. How can I edit backups please? Thanks.

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 11.6

Settings - Top option where you see the name - Go to ICloud- Manage storage - Backups -Select the backup under backups- You will see the apps list selected
