DATA LOST FROM ICLOUD

MY IPHONE HAD BEEN RESET BY MISTAKE , AND WHEN I RECOVERED THE DATA FROM THE ICLOUD I FOUND A LOT OF DATA LOST (PHOTOS AND VIDEOS) AND FOUND ONLY ONE BACK UP IS AVAILABLE AT THE ICLOUD, IS THERE ANY WAY TO GET THIS DATA BACK ?

Only the data contained in the backup, or also resident in iCloud photos, will restore. Anything else would be gone.
