iPhone microphone not working on calls

My microphone was not working top of the iPhone during calls , what can I do?

As my research I have grabbed some points related to this which was iPhone 12 and iPhone 12 Pro earpiece received complaints are more so Apple directly released one program even warranty completed they are providing free service within 2 years for only earpiece receiver problem
