My apple gift card

For some reason my gift card doesn’t work and when I redeem it says i have to redeem it at the U.S storefront.

iPhone 12 mini, iOS 15

If you're in the USA, click here and follow the instructions to change the country. Otherwise, sell it to someone who is.
