Payment method declined

I am unable to download new apps due to the declined payment methods. I’ve tried using my Visa card and upi but issue is unresolved.

See this if you are receiving a message that your payment has been declined. If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support

Please check your online payment method enable as well as international payment enable or not.
