I like to collect Information for some setup information that I use often and I am trying to store it in notes. I find the information on web and open it in preview then use share feature to send to notes. The issue I am having is when I do this, it only sends the first page. Anyone know how to include the whole file that is showing in preview?

Once you have that n-tuple page PDF in Notes, you can right-click on it and view all pages via the Quick Look Attachment menu item. That is as good as it gets without reopening that embedded PDF in Preview again.

As near as I can tell you can't. You can of course copy each page and paste them into a note one at a time.

I am not sure if I am explaining my problem correctly, but I just want both pages of pdf to show up in notes. I don’t need to open it back up in preview.

I was just able to get to my office with my Mac and try out the right click, and that did the trick. Thanks a lot for your help.
